Today I’m cooking a deliciously salty, crispy roast chicken that is moist and full of herby, aromatic flavour. Get the recipe: http://www.donalskehan.com/2015/03/simple-roast-chicken-sweet-potato-coriander-salsa/

NEW VIDEO: Probably the BEST Roast Chicken Recipe ever! :)
Epic.
Hello my chicken loving friends!!! ??? Donal! who is writing your
material!!!!?????
(chuckle . . . )
Although I loved the recipe, I felt really uncomfortable watching you touch
everything after handling the raw chicken and not washing your hands with
soap. Maybe I’ve just experienced more food poisoning than the rest of the
viewers but watching you touch the mortar and pestle after rubbing your
hands over the chicken and then using the pestle to make the fresh salsa
actually put me off the food.
it was a bad idea to watch this before bed…
hits you around the face with a bit of spice- made me laugh :)
My mother cooks chicken with a lot of salt around and it comes out tasty,
but the sweet potatoes and onions looks so good! I have to tell her about
this recipe!
Looks delicious Donal!
Loooks sooo goood
I am going to have to keep this one in mind if the weather cools off. It is
already in the 70’s (fahrenheit) here. But this one is going to go into the
save files for when a roast chicken is called for! Thank you for sharing
this recipe!
LOL Possibly the easiest recipe I’ve learned so far.
#roastedchicken #yummylicious
Love a good roast chicken 😀 And that was a good roast chicken
I usually butterfly my chicken (okay, i spatchcock it) and this recipe
would surely Work! with sweet potato in smallish dice.
I love your mortar&pestle…they look deadly..
I love your videos way more than is good for me…keep on doing..
I’ve seen chicken/turkey recipes where they put the bird upside down so
that the breasts and thighs cook more evenly (I never choose breast because
I always find it dry) – is it worth it to do it like that in this recipe?
thanks Donal, great job!
Just enjoyed a yummy dinner – Königsberger Klopse (Klopse=meatballs)
The chicken has to wait until next sunday 🙂
Much greetings from Madeleine
I will be making this during the week 😀 it looks amazing!!!!
I need to try that plain yogurt with hot sauce
Oh my… Looks so good!!
Bwack Bwack – Gimme some of That Donal!!!
How can you still in shape and you loves the food that much?
