Very nice stew looks great
The v-8 tip is a great one.breaks down the meat and tenderizes it nicely,
not to mention the wonderful flavor it adds! i do that with roasts and it
comes out perfect every time! great yummy looking stew!
I always pre-brown my meat and I would have to add a can of drained green
beans and corn as well. Great video.
I used McCormick’s sauce packet for the stew beef taste with carrots,
potatoes, celery, and beef stew meat. The only difference was that i
sautade the stew beef with pieces of a bell pepper and now the entire pot
has the bell pepper flavor instead of the beef flavor! What do i need to do
to get the gravy to get a beef flavor? Should i get beef consummate in the
can, beef broth, or knor beef flavor? Please help. Thanks.

Greg , I like the can of V8 idea… Never thought about that. Also, I’ve
seen some crock pot recipies with separate prep work, nonsense! I, like
you, just throw it all in and turn it on!
