    Crack pie is a rip off of several traditional tarts i.e Tarte au Sucre and Treacle most notably. I'm sick of this pretentious bullshit where chef's tweak a traditional recipe slightly, give it a quirky name, and await the accolades. Marie-Antonin Careme we need you back.
