The recipe:
Basic: Make two half spheres of chocolate in a mold
Place the ice cream in the bottom of one chocolate mold
Melt the rip of the top half sphere by placing it on the bottom of a pot
after it had been heated.
Place the two rims of the two half sphere together to seal the chocolate
sphere
Melt chocolate and pour over the sphere revealing the ice creamy goodness
:’)I finally found where this place is . It’s in Bahrain ” Decorating
memories” and there are several places in Saudi Arabia. And finally found
it in Las Vegas “La cirque”
