Medicinal Wine

Food Ingredients:
1 liter rice wine or vodka, a proof of at least 30% is needed Ginger root Sterilized glass bottle with seal

Recipe preparation:
1 Peel and slice up ginger into long thin strips 2 Place in bottle and pour rice wine or voldka in 3 Seal the bottle and place in a cool dark place (no sunlight or heat!) 4 Shake the bottle twice a day for two weeks as it needs to sit for this long
