Yum! I also use plain yogurt in my chicken salad, as well as apple and
grapes. I just don’t really like mayo or Miracle Whip and the older I get,
the less I like it. I’ve also used leftover turkey for this kind of thing,
too. Good with a squirt of Sriracha.

Sort of a funny jump from Shira taking a bite of half the sandwich to
    holding nothing at all.

Hmm. To add something, it would be nice if you can use some lemon juice to
pick up the fond in the skillet. Btw, your knife can really use some
sharpening, even the bottom of a bowl could do a fair job.

You don’t even taste ure food and u flipping say mmmmm

I’d prob also add about a tbsp of Worcestershire sauce to my dressing.
    Great recipe!

Yogurt is always the substitute…. but not available to those who are
    lactose intolerant!

  7. Jeremy Watkins

I can’t stop looking at that glorious loaf of pumpernickel bread.

So many times I’ve read ‘Dont mix your fruits with other foods. Screws up
    your digestion!’

I finally made this yesterday and it’s not good, it’s GREAT. I added some
sun flower seeds for extra crunch and I just LOVE them. Keep up the GREAT
    work. I love your videos.

There are always dairy free yogurts. And this already looks amazing. I
recommend carrot instead of the apple because it’s kind of overpowering.

Made a batch yesterday and tasted even more yummy today. Mom recuperating
from heart surgery 8 weeks ago. Mom loved it so much and for that thank
    you.

Valid points; of course, there remains the issue of the availability of
lactose free products and the desire to simply not consume dairy. The
pills and other ‘cures’ may minimize the effects of consuming dairy, but
from my experience they do not eliminate the effects. Mayonnaise,
especially if home made, and used in limited quantities is the best option
    for me.

Poached chicken would be even better
