WHY do you apologise? You cook and eat whatever you want! One thing though, your Indian accent is so prominent sounding, why are you infusing the American accent every now and then? Do not be a wannabe, if it is genuine it will flow out naturally!!!

Strange way to start with an apology !! Do you always apologize to the Hindus before cooking beef or to Jews for cooking non-kosher food or to veggies/ vegans for cooking meat/ animal product ??? Actually you should apologize to the animal rights activists for cooking meat.
