Make The Amazing ‘ Kesar Badam ‘ Syrup….
Food Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon KESAR (SAFFRON), 300 milliliters WATER, 600 grams SUGAR, 1/2 teaspoon CITRIC ACID, 150 grams BADAM (ALMONDS), FEW DROPS OF YELLOW| ORANGE FOOD COLOR FEW DROPS OF ALMOND ESSENCE
Recipe preparation:
1 SOAK THE ALMONDS IN HOT WATER, 2 SO THAT IT GETS EASY TO REMOVE IT’S SKIN. 3 SOAK THE SAFFRON AS WELL. 4 BOIL IN WATER THE SUGAR, 5 UNTIL IT DISSOLVES, ALSO ADD CITRIC ACID. 6 PEEL THE ALMONDS AND IN A MIXER JAR MAKE A PASTE, 7 ALSO ADD SAFFRON. 8 WHEN SUGAR SYRUP COOLS DOWN ADD THE ALMOND PASTE 9 AND COLOR, ALSO THE ESSENCE. 10 TIP : STORE IN GLASS BOTTLES AND IN FRIDGE WILL LAST LONGER.
