Low Calorie Piña Colada
Food Ingredients:
7 ounces pineapple chunks ½ of a 14 can including ½ of the juice 2 packets Aspartame sweetener 1 teaspoon imitation coconut extract 1 cup low fat or skim milk 1 cup ice cubes
Recipe preparation:
1 In blender mix pineapple chunks and juice, Equal, coconut extract and milk until well blended. Add ice cubes and blend until ice cubes are dissolved. Pour into two chilled glasses.
