LAZY FOOD PREP SESSION | 6 MEALS IN 1 HOUR | FAST EASY FUN MEAL PREPPING

Helloooo my awesome food preppers!

This is an easy fast fun meal prep I did in one hour. I sped up the process by using pre-steamed basmati rice and quinoa. I love love love making cute bacon egg cups to brighten up my lunch boxes!

******BACON AND EGG CUPS******

—- 12 slices of bacon
—- 12 eggs
—- chives
—- chilli powder
—- butter spray

1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F

2 Bake 12 slices of rindless shortcut bacon for around 5 minutes.

3. Spray cupcake tin with butter and line the holes with partially cooked bacon.

4. Crack one egg on top of each bacon.

5. Sprinkle chilli and chopped up chives

6. Bake for around 10 minutes until egg is set.

******BROWN RICE AND QUINOA SALAD******

—- Tilda pre-steamed brown rice and quinoa

—- sesame oil

—- 1 tsp minced garlic

—- 2 whisked eggs

—- your choice of cooked meat and veggies to put through the rice

—- 3 tbs organic bbq sauce

1. Heat sesame oil in a pan and add 1 tsp garlic paste

2. Add 2 whisked eggs and cook until nearly set.

3. Add your choice of diced cooked meat and diced veggies

4. (I added ham, peas, fetta, tomatoes, chives and Annies Organic BBQ smoked sauce)

Serve with rocket leaves, mint leaves, cucumber slices, pear
slices squeezed with lime juice. I also added avocado before eating.

    Hello @hay vi! For some reason I cannot respond to your comment (maybe
    double check your settings) but the answer is no I don’t get sick of eating
    similar food all week. Most of these boxes are eaten for my lunch at my
    desk and so I just see it as something to fuel me and give me energy. It
    also means I dont have to waste time thinking about what I want to buy to
    eat… it’s a personal choice though and its not for everybody but I guess
    it suits me because I am a creature of habit haha! xxx
