Korean Fried Chicken with Sweet Garlic Sauce Ingredients:

For Sweet Garlic Sauce:

2 Tbs. Finely chopped garlic
3 Tbs. Sempio’s soy sauce
3 Tbs. Sugar
1/3 cup Mirin

For Korean Fried Wings:

6 Full chicken wings, removed wingtips, split at joint
3/4 cup and 3 Tbs. Sempio’s Tempura Powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup cold water
Frying oil
Black and white sesame seeds for garnish

    Great idea to use the tempura batter on chicken. I always only used it on shrimp tempura. Why didn't I think of that?? LOL my kids looooove chicken wings so a sweet one w/ garlic they'll be very happy!!

    hey +Seonkyoung Longest when my grandmother makes fried chicken she usually marinades the chicken for a few days so that the chicken inside has plenty of flavour too.. would you recommend a certain kind of marinade for this chicken or do you think its best not to? 🙂 thanks.
