Kailan In Oyster Sauce
Food Ingredients:
14 ounces Kailan (washed & cleaned), can substitute kale 2 tablespoons Cooking oil 1 tablespoon Garlic 6 tablespoons Oyster sauce
Recipe preparation:
1 Blanch the Kailan vegetable and keep warm. Heat up wok and add cooking oil. 2 Fry the garlic until light brown and stir in oyster sauce. Pour the sauce on top of the vegetable. For decoration, sprinkle with fried onions.
