This cooling Yogurt side dish is a great accompaniment to any spicy meal. Here I have used a cooling cucumber to add texture to the Raita but you could use Grapes or Tomatoes whatever your imagination can think of 🙂

1 Cup of Plain Yogurt
1/2 Cup of Grated Cucumber (Skin cleaned but on)
1 Teaspoon of Cumin Seeds Toasted and Ground to a Powder
1/2 a Teaspoon of Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
