Looks good.
Though the ultimate apple pie would have a bottom crust, wouldn’t have
blackberries, or ginger.
I’m an apple pie purist though.
That’s an apple blackberry pie, completely different.
Although that looks amazing, I always feel cheated by a pie with no base.
For the love of Odin, I loved that apple-slicing thingy!

i think it’s the ice cream that does it jk
my question is the elderflower liquid that Jamie used.. its just like an
eldeflower syrup ???? I live in Canada..
You could even make this vegan by replacing the butter with margerine since
most puff pastry brands are vegan. It would miss the great butter flavor,
but it’s great for those friends who can rarely eat with you because of
their diet.
