I use olive oil, wine vinegar (or apple vinegar), salt and garlic (fine
chopped), goes okay with most of green salads.

This video is perfect for me! I am suffering from psoriasis and am only
permitted to eat specific foods – mainly leafy vegetables. I have made
salads before but could not enjoy them because they were wet and bland
without good dressing. I learned here that you can make a good looking
dressing from scratch that doesn’t conflict with my strict diet. Great
    information!

You should try put honey and mustard in. It will make it very stick, so you
have more of the dressing on the salad.
