    isnt teflon cookware toxic?!

  2. Lord Vader

If you miss a tiny piece of egg shell in the egg, will it hurt you?

Using a fork on non-stick pan!?! Who are you!?! And your egg cracking.. A
good tip is don’t crack an egg on a sharp surface or an edge. The egg shell
will crumble and more likely very tiny bits of shell will get in your egg.
    Also salmonella will get in.

for christmas and its not very durable but you charge good money for it:)

To everyone talking about the metal in nonstick pan thing. This is Jamie
Oliver so theres two things you have to realize.

    1. Hes gonna be using some of the best nonstick pans on the planet so im
    sure they can handle that.
    2. He can afford to do that because hes worth $400 million and can just go
buy another everyday if he wants. Roughly $12,000 a year to replace a pan
    everyday lol
    3. Stop the hate, coming on here and telling people you would do things
differently WILL NOT make you a better chef, and does not make you
automatically better than him. It will not make people go to your
restaurant instead of his or will not make you more knowledgeable

Jamie, all of your tips are amazing, i’ve started making omelette like you
do, and it is delicous. Before that, i’ve been eating overcooked omelette,
and to be honest, wasn’t so good. Also, experimenting with the omelette,
the ingredients, yummy. I’ve tried eggs mixed with coriander, grated
cheese, grated white cheese feta, grated carrot, and lemon peels chopped.
Also, that with bacon, goes boom,, most delicious meal i’ve ever tried,
    fluffy milky…..

Bullshit. Never add pepper or salt to eggs before cooking. Salt breaks down
the protein and pepper doesn’t stick and will pool together.
Also the part that bothered me the most was his egg cracking.. what fucking
chef cracks eggs on a edge!? Crack that shit on a flat surface and you
won’t get little shatters of eggshell/salmonella in your food.
And metal instruments on non stick is a huge nono..

0/10, this guy is an idiot.

1:27 was a wild hip hop moment!!!

  19. Ego Oidios

If you crack the eggs on a flat surface instead of the edge of the bowl
there is hardly any chance of dropping any shell in the mixture. True
    story.
