INGREDIENTS (US):
1cup split peas (7oz)
1cup tomato sauce (7oz)
5 cloves of garlic
½oz ginger
¾tsp whole mustard seeds
½tsp whole cumin seeds
¼tsp turmeric powder
¼tsp garam masala powder
¼tsp mild chilly powder
half medium white onion (2oz)
Salt to taste

INGREDIENTS (International):
200g split peas
200g tomato sauce
20g garlic (5 cloves)
10g ginger
3g whole mustard seeds
1.5g whole cumin seeds
0.5g turmeric powder
0.5g garam masala powder
0.5g mild chilly powder
60g white onions
Salt to taste
