    Well thats one way to roast potatoes.

    @elliments he’s rounding off the cut edge of the halves because if they
    were left on, they might become overcooked. A smooth shape means more even
    cooking. But with that much butter, I think it would taste pretty good even
    if the edges were crispy ^.^
