what if you don’t have english mustard? can you use regular yellow mustard?

500 grams organic fat free yogurt (17.5 ounces) (or coconut milk yogurt,
recipe below), salt, pinch of pepper, 2 tsp yellow mustard, basil (or
cilantro, coriander), 1 clove garlic (or 1/2 – 1 tsp powdered garlic),
cayenne pepper or a little chilly, 2 T cider vinegar, or lemon juice (zest
as well), blend and enjoy

i deff would use olive oil
i found this too hot personally, and i even removed the seeds from the
chilli. think the mustard is unnecessary if your using a chilli
love it! gong to make this tonight!
