    Hi there, thanks for your question. We wouldn’t recommend baking this
    battered chicken, however, you could omit the batter altogether and just
    season and bake the chicken. Or try grilling the chicken! Once the chicken
    is cooked, you can baste it with the sweet and sour sauce. Hope this helps!
