If your sauce is too strong, simply add in more water. It should decrease
the sour taste. The least amount is 5-6 cups or 1.2 L – 1.42 L. The
optimal amount is 8-9 cups or 1.9 L to 2.2 L. Sorry, if I miss informed
everyone.
Won’t the sauce be bitter if you are using lemon and orange peels when you
boil it? Every time I put lemon in my water or tea, if I let it sit for
longer than an hour or two, it becomes very bitter. Could you just juice
the lemon and orange and use that instead?
Well said sir , to control the amount of sauce you add to your food , SERVE
IT SEPARATE !! EVERY TIME ! , FOLKS POUR A CURRY ALL OVER RICE??? WHY??
SERVE RICE ON 1 SIDE OF PLATE AND CURRY ON THE OTHER ! then you can mix the
amount you want each taste , is everyone stupid except art of cooking guy
and me …
And one more question:
Why do you take out the chicken after 2 minutes of frying, and then put it
in a second time afer 30 seconds or so?
What happened if you didn’t do this but just let it fry in one cycle?
Lmao! This guy is so funny with his dry, monotone way of talking.
This is the most comprehensive video that I have come across on youtube..
super! Ok we have not had it yet but for my birthday I plan on trying it
(Dec. 25.. not so far off). I may for with a lemon sauce instead. Looking
for a good recipe for that.. anyone? Thanks!

Sweet and sour chicken is my 5-year-old son’s favorite dish. We’re looking
forward to making it at home. Thanks for a great video!
^_^ I’ve died and gone to heaven. I love these videos the food all looks so
good. I love sweet and sour chicken!
Hey. You’re very funny and I love your videos. Can you make a video, or
just describe how you clean particles out of your oil and store it to use
it again? I’m assuming you don’t just throw oil away after you’ve used it
only once. How many times can you use it and how do you know it’s time to
get rid of it and use new oil?
So if you use orange and lemon juice do you just omit the 10 cups of
water????
Hey man love your videos. Always making the honey chicken! Gonna try this
one soon! Been studying your video!
Question 2: I’ve never eaten a sweet and sour chicken that didn’t have the
pronounced taste of MSG. You must use it in your restaurant. What is the
best way to get the flavor of MSG into this recipe (i.e., when in the
cooking process and how much)?
Thank you for your help I really needed that your video really helped me
