Why are all these orange? The eggs I buy don’t look orange but white when
cooked. Is that normal?
In Denmark we put salt, pepper and milk into the mixture then we put it on
the pan and we just chop the shit out of it so it’s in small pieces. When
it’s fully cooked through we eat it.

Jamie Oliver, the French style eggs look more like hollandaise sauce rather
than eggs…
Brazilian way: try to cook an integral unscrambled egg. Fail miserably. Mix
the shit out of the failed unscrambled egg. Done.
PS: Don’t forget to overcook, burned pieces attached all over the pan is
perfectly normal.

I’ve never seen any American make the “American style” eggs the way he has
made them. I’m from New England and whenever I’ve gone to a restaurant or
diner they serve them dryer than what he presented. I won’t speak for all
Americans since the way you make your eggs is all about preference, but
from what I’ve encountered we make them a little more firm and not runny.
