The key to making this work not mention by her is that you have to stir
this for 10 to 15 mins.
Stir until its somewhat hard to stir and it DROOLS NOT DRIPS from the
spoon. Do not walk away from the pan!
I use to work at a place called rivier street sweets and we made this all
the time. belive it or not but you’re version is less fating lol! I love it
and will be making these from now on.

After you let the candy cool in the pot for 5 minutes, did you stir the pot
before spooning them out?

cook the mixture for a really long time so I never tried,but I will be

Can you also use Heavy Cream instead of the Evaporated Milk?
