I tried to find a heavy wok & electric hot plate like you are using online
and I could not find one.

Could you tell me who makes the wok & electric hot plate you are using?

Thank you. I want to buy them so I can start trying your recipes.

Thank you, I have never seen a wok that looked so heavy duty & the electric
hot plate looks like it is an industrial grade.

That is why I was not looking for a generic answer but a very specific
“Manufacturing Name from the wok & Hot Plate you were using”.

Also, easy on the Ajinomoto / MSG . Very dangerous in that quantity.

Made this today using Maggi Masala Chilli and egg noodles. Quick, easy,
simple, delicious! Filling too. A couple of comments. You state 1 cabbage
in the written recipe but don’t seem to add cabbage in the video or if you
do, it’s not in that quantity. I presume Indian cabbages are smaller so
I’ve used half a cabbage (the kind available in Europe, which is where I
am). There are often discrepancies between the written recipe and the
video. Perhaps this could be addressed? Thank you however, for transforming
my cooking for the better! Brava!
