How to make Goi Buoi (Vietnamese pomelo fruit salad/ Nom Buoi)

Learn how to make Vietnamese pomelo fruit salad, aka Gỏi bưởi (Nộm bưởi) in Vietnamese. It’s a great appetizer, and goes well with white wine or champagne.
Pomelo is known as a perfect diet food in Vietnam which is low in calories, rich in vitamin C, and known to reduce body fat and regulating blood pressure.

    Chị ơi rán phồng tôm thì dùng nồi nhỏ sâu lòng thì dầu ngập miếng bánh ko bị tình trạng chỗ chín chỗ chưa chín. Với cả để cho bánh khi rán xong phẳng phiu thì khi bánh vừa mới nở ra chị lật mặt ngay, lấy đũa dí xuống 1 tý là chín đều và miếng bánh phẳng. Nhà em nghiền nên rán phồng tôm thành thần. Hi hi chia sẻ chị!
