Awesome videos, have made pasta before, and came out really good. I love
that attachment you use to make rigatoni, and elbow. But I just looked on
Kitchen Aide website, they do not have that attachment. Do you know if
they discontinued or did I just miss it?

Tatiana – Italians have a rule when making pasta. Each Cup of Flour with
the same amount of Eggs for each person. Therefore, 2 cups of flour equals
2 people. It really depends also how much you eat, so you might have some
left over or none. I hope that helps.
