It was hard to concentrate with the children yelling in the background.
But this recipe was delicious and my in-laws loved it. Cheers from New
    Zealand.

I’VE BEEN TELLING WHITE PEOPLE ALLLLL MY LIFE THAT THIGH MEAT IS THE
BEST!!!!(I’m white) But wow I find that just as interesting as you do that
Asian countries got it right. You see in Western contries people have been
scared into thinking that only white meat is healthy due to lower fat
content…however the difference in fat content is normally negated by the
fact that you need to use more fat to cook it to keep it from sticking.
Just subscribed to your channel and look forward to more cooking
instruction….Just watched the dashi omelet video which was great also!

Good tips. I used teriyaki sauce and did not come out good and I used oil.

@mofongo317 Thank you for your comment! I have never seen a teriyaki
bottle, so I cant say good or bad about it. I am actually very curious:) By
the way, when you cook pork or fish teriyaki, you can add some ginger to
hide back the meaty or fishy smell:)
