What you will need:
6, 6-8inch balloons, sprayed with non-stick spray
Large baking sheet lined with parchment paper
2 cups milk or dark chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
Shortening, if needed
1 pint of ice cream
Fruit or berries, such as: blueberry, strawberry, diced mango, sliced bananas, raspberry
Slivered almonds, mint leaves for garnish

To melt chocolate in a microwave, reduce power level to 50 percent. Stir every 30 seconds. If chocolate doesn’t melt very smoothly, add a teaspoon of shortening and fold into the chocolate.

Thanks for getting back to me, can I just brush the baloons with a a bit of
vege oil instead because I don’t have e spray right now.

    Hi I love your videos

I tried this now, first of all it is way harder than it seems, the balloons
become so heavy once they have been dipped and it takes much practise to
swirl them around in the bowl to make the perfect shape like yours…..I
may have to try it again many times…..

Hi, thanks for the tutorial very helpful, however I have a quic question
about the spray you spreader at the beginning, is this the vegetable oil
spray that is used for baking like greasing baking trays, I wanted to make
these today but got a bit confused with the spray. Hope you could get back
    to me.

Thank you so much for the demo…very helpful. Using the shortening makes
the chocolate so much easier to use.
