How to make Chinese Chicken Stir Fry Noodles – Chow Mein
If you love Chinese stir fry noodle dish, please give this a try. Watch and learn the process of making this delicious Chicken Stir fry Noodle also known as “Chicken Chow Mein”
You will need the following ingredients:
1 package of Dry Egg Noodle (13 ounce to 1 pound bag)
½ pound of Sliced Chicken (Thigh or Breast Meat)
2 cups of Bok Choy (Shredded)
1 cups of Brown Onion (Sliced)
1 cups of Carrots (Shredded)
2 cup of bean sprout
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
3 tablespoon Regular Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
4 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Corn Starch
1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce (for the meat marinate)
1 teaspoon Regular Soy Sauce (for the meat marinate)
Follow directions on back of the noodle package, on how to cook the noodle and for how long. Make sure it is 80 percent done or under cook it for the last 2 to 3 minutes as we need to stir fry it in the wok.
