    I cook about 14 and I have to cook them 1 hour each side because at 15
    minutes or even 30 they still look raw why is that?

    I cooked chicken legs tonight following this recipe and they were
    fantanstic! The chicken were crispy outside and very tender inside. The
    chicken looked pale when I turned them over after 30 minutes but just
    perfect brown after another 15 minutes. Amazing!

    I tried this the other night. The temp seemed a little high, the chicken
    stuck so much all the coating came off, and the chicken never browned, it
    was more of a pale buttery gluey consistency, it was tasty but it felt like
    i fucked up every step of the way. Im gonna try it again tonight with
    slightly less heat, more time and butter (counter the sticking)
