Czas coś zjeść :))
Amazing 10/10
Stumbled across your channel and I’m glad I did! Nice cook!
if i don’t have a smoker, is there any way to *get* meat smoked? would a
butcher’s, etc be willing to throw it in the smoke chamber?
what is also a good for some flavor is nashi pear. Grate it fine and add it
the marinade it brings this wonderful sweet flavor to most sweeter fattier
meats (traditionally used to make Korean bbq short ribs but I’ve used it on
pork as well).
How to use char siu?
Wow that looks so delicious. I wish that I can make this. Great job
great but here in Canada even in a Chinese grocery shop I’ve never seen
such thick light soy
wow nice love it
Since my smoker is down… I was thinking about sous vide it for 24 hrs in
marinade and liquid smoke, chill for firmness then glaze and torch to
caramelize the glaze… Any suggestions or thoughts before I start? also
maybe next attempt is to use it for char siu baos (baked).
Great….mouthwatering !!
You are da man ! … I’m definitely going to try this.
Pitmaster, you have really nice hands. I loved watching them work. This
recipe looks awesome, a MUST try.
