    It was perfect!!! Instead of mascarpone i added yogurt and tasted really
    good!!!! Thank u for this video!!! And notice that you dont taste the eggs
    at all!!

    All I do is make a simple lemon curd, chill it, fold whipped heavy cream in
    and then fold that into whipped egg whites then chill.

    Not sure excatly, but it looks like it is soft set so if packets are 11g, I
    would try half a packet, dissolved in about a tbs hot water. I always
    dissolved it in a small cup placed in a saucepan of simmering water.
