My spouse liked it and said, "I think it's pretty tasty!". I think it's okay. It seemed to me to need something else for deeper flavor, so I added a small amount of bouillon. I used my own homemade chicken broth. The Penne took a long time to cook. I shared a little with my little dog (minus the onions, of course) and she lapped it up and begged for more. So, I would say it was a hit with us.
