Butter = Nut Brown
That looks delicious. I’d just leave out the butter though, but that’s a
personal choice.Also add some minced parley and lemon zest for more flavor.
This is my favourite way to cook potatoes. A mix of fried and roasted. A
perfect accompaniment to Steak!thank you +BoyBetterKnow94 great vid! great music choice!

i bet his house smells like god.
I love Gordon he inspired my son to be what he is today. A chef. Keep the
videos coming. I love to cook and make different things as well. God Bless
u Gordon!!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 :-)looks great but damn I’d be wiping them down at the end – they were
practically floating in fatAnybody else heard ” cook them for forty five minutes”? :)
I’ve made sauté potatoes many times and i have to say 4-5 minutes is not
enough. You can even use fully cooked potatoes. Also the crushed garlic
must be totally burned during this browning process.I am going to try this right now! I got so hungry!
he puts so much damn butter in every dish lol
As I’m cooking this, I imagine Ramsay yelling at me the whole time. I
definitely didn’t do it as good as him! I’m cooking too many potatoes at
once! >:0
