I just bought some House-Autry chicken breader yesterday. I'm going to try it tonight on fried chicken! I'll let you know how it turns out. Also, does your company make Kentucky Kernel? That is THE BEST seasoned flour for pan frying boneless skinless chicken breasts! I fry them in pure butter on a low heat, and they turn out perfectly crispy and golden, with a delicious herby flavor!

How did your chicken turn out?

  13. Abe Bush

Delicious, I love the light but crispy crust which I can't achieve with regular flour nor can I achieve it with most breading mixes. Autry Mills is THE BEST chicken breader out there!
