TODAY’S CHICKEN PARMESAN RECIPE: (1 serving)
½ cup all-natural tomato sauce
¼ tsp. dried oregano leaves
¼ tsp. garlic powder
6 oz. raw chicken breast, boneless, skinless
Nonstick cooking spray
¼ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (1 oz.)
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
3 cups spinach, fresh, steamed
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Combine tomato sauce, oregano, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
3. Place chicken breast in baking pan lightly coated with spray; top with tomato sauce mixture, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle and cheese is bubbly.
5. Serve with spinach.

Tony, anymore Q&A videos coming? I want to ask you what your opinion of
IIFYM/Flexible dieting is? Also, what do you think of combining strength
and hypertrophy training for gains? For instance, 5X5 training for compound
movements, and higher reps with lower weight for isolation exercises. All
of this is from modern YouTube fitness channels, such as OmarIsuf. Any
thoughts?
I have a confession to make, I LOVE Chicken Parmesan! But I can’t justify
eating it anymore cause it can be anywhere from 500 to 1000 calories
depending on how it’s made, how much you eat, not to mention the whole
spaghetti thing. Well my man Tony has recently posted this amazingly easy
AND healthy Chicken Parmesan recipe and it looks amazing! I can’t wait to

Heard that blanching spinach sucks out the vitamins, when sautéing
doesn’t, and actually tastes better.
When exactly is it coming out? I’m really keen to start but I need to plan
out my training! Fall is nice but a specific date would be much appreciated

Can you only buy Shakeology in the US? I’m from Australia and it doesn’t
seem like I can order to Australia from the Shakeology website.
Tony, I tried this and I loved it. I added basil leaves after the chicken
is cooked and kept it cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Turned out to be
great. It tasted like margarita chicken.
