Hold up why the fuck did you put the coconut water container in the
    smoothie?

    WHITE BREAD= SUGAR CRUNCHY NUT=SUGAR FRUITS=SUGAR JAM= SUGAR…..WOW
THIS DIET WOULD BE GREAT FOR YOU’RE BLOOD SUGAR.

What ever made you think that honey is an animal product? It’s simply plant
nectar that was gathered and dried by bees. It’s not like your eating an
    animal (insect).

This video baffles me. The biting and spitting out of the banana into the
bowl left me speechless and blending the coconut water carton in with the
vegetables was ridiculous. There’s a thin between comedy and idiocy and
unfortunately you crossed that line which is ashame because the rest of the
video you did so many things well. The production of the video was
great. The energy and passion was fantastic. The tips were practical and
achievable for people transitioning to a vegan diet. You also covered a lot
in a short space of time. I think showing off your fitness while you were
blending your drink’s container was good as you’re making it a reflection
on what you can achieve physically with a vegan diet.

LOL, peanut butter is the worst kind of processed food bro. Eating healthy
and eating a bunch of stuff from little bags and jars is not the same
thing. Has processed written all over it.

It would be great if those dollars worth of food could be sent to countries
in famine, its actually much cheaper if they just balance their diet
instead of going all vegan. If there was someone who is experiencing
malnutrition, lets say in a slightly desert topography, and there is only
milk, meat, bread, and water, would you have to wait for plants to grow in
abundance? Why worry too much of being full, whatever you consume, when
there are more important things than food.

Stay away from vegan alternatives, always. They’re so full of shit you
can’t even imagine. If you wanna BE a real vegan you must maintain a raw,
organic, plant-based diet and keep it that way. If you can’t do this you
might as well give up and just eat the real dairy products instead and be
healthier, cause the imitation versions are deadly. And tbh this guy has
way too many sweets, even for a vegan. He makes vegetarianism look like the
number one cause for diabetes… Lol. Just saying. This guy needs to calm
    down haha.

Hahaha I saw you cutting the banana with your own teeth and it made me so
happy, I do the same thing :’)

Lemon curd is not vegan ! Lemon curd is not vegan Tim …. Check your

  16. William Mackie

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
    You’re so funny.
    God, you’re an insufferable prick.
You’re the kind of person who never gets invited to dinner parties, aren’t
    you?

  17. john king

    …this guy sucks…not funny…not attractive….but just fit…

but in all realness why do people become a strict vegetarian (vegan) always
    baffles me …

like the amount of protein you need on a daily base would be hard to
consume on a vegan diet..you would need to eat ALOT of beans/tofu/nuts on a
daily base to even meet the daily requirement…and i know most vegans
don’t eat alot…Most vegans and vegetarians end up with osteoporosis
aswell, more so than meat eaters. Yes, over-consumption of meat can have
deleterious effects on bones, particularly if eaten alone and not with
alkaline-inducing, stomach soothing foods like greens and fruits..

alot of vegans..have iron def issues aswell…and some depend on
supplements for various needs which end up fucking their gallbladder and
    other organs …eventually…

and worst of all HOLIDAYS … i dont understand how a vegan can even go out
    for them…i can’t imagine being a vegan in a family based holiday…or
    event…

i can understand being a vegan in other parts of the world but in the US i
find this would be incredibly hard lifestyle to maintain… and a bit pricy

i’m only saying this because my mother was a vegan and she lost an enormous
amount of blood from having Ulcerative Colities…her vegan diet couldn’t
keep her balanced…she had a iron/ B12 deficiency for years even with
supplements…and she still refused to eat meat…(she’s pretty much been
vegan a majority of her life) the amount of food needed to be eating to
    balance her wasn’t feasible…

just saying the main issues imo are iron/b12 issues…supplements somewhat
help to an extent…tofu/beans/nuts can only do soo much…and i doubt most
people eat enough to get their daily needs (1 cups of beans is about 16g of
protein…how many people can eat a legit cup of beans with your normal
meal included then x3 that to reach your daily protein need intake…its
    absurd)
