Horseradish Sauces
Food Ingredients:
prt water 1 prt horseradish powder 2 prts water 1 prt horseradish powder 1 cup tomato sauce 1 tablespoon horseradish powder (to 2 tbsp) oriental mustard powder horseradish powder
Recipe preparation:
1 Easy-to-make, mix 1-1/2 parts water with 1 part horseradish powder for thick, nippy horseradish sauce. Use 2 parts water to 1 part powder for a thinner sauce. Serve with prime rib. For a seafood dipping (cocktail) 2 Sauce, add to tomato sauce, 1-2 Tb. per Cup. Mix a little into meatloaf orhamburgers (1/2 – 1 tsp. per pound), or mix with Oriental Mustard Powder forHOT Chinese sauce.
