Honey Beer Bread

Food Ingredients:
5 cups self-rising flour 6 tablespoons sugar 24 ounces honey lager beer warm at temperature softened butter

Recipe preparation:
1 Yield: 2 loaves 2 In a large bowl, mix flour and sugar. Stir in beer by hand and mix to blend well.Pour batter into 2, 8 x 4 or 2, 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake 375F for 30 to 35 minutes or tested done. Rub tops with butter; Remove from pans to cool. 3 Note: if you can’t find honey beer any other kind may be used. 4 NOTES : The honey beer makes it a bit different than the original beer bread recipe.
