I loved how you did the cutting it was so neat compared to mine. I just
sliced it with a fruit knife cuz I cannot be bothered to make it look
better. I also only did 1/6 of the recipe cuz I don’t eat much!
This is a great handmade noodles recipe. I like how the noodles are cut.
Dear Chef: I was reading the coments to see if they need to be dried after
you make the noodle and How do you cook them Can you boil them? Or do you
have to stir fry them? I have never stir fried so I am not sure how that
goes, I would like to boil them is that OK to do? Thank you so much, I am
eager to hear the answer….
These were delicious. For anyone wondering how to cook them (like I was) :
Drop them into boiling water for 60 seconds. Then add them to sauce or
soup.
can’t say those are noodles, seeing noodles need to be thiner and need to
be pulled, but that video as a tribute to us lazy asses out there . Thank
you so much .
excellent. although I have a problem getting that circle as perfect as
yours. Thank you for sharing.

Hi,
thanks for the recipe. if all goes well i will never buy store bought
noodles again. one question though. are these noodles ready to be made or
do we need to dry them in the sun? also, how do we use them. i mean
assuming i made the noodles as you showed would the next step be to boil
them?
thanks a ton :)

own noodles. So, I finally tried it today and the noodles came out
amazingly delicious! I’ve also made another batch to make a shrimp stir fry
