Homemade Fudge Frosting

Food Ingredients:
2 cups sugar 1/2 cup shortening 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup cocoa 1/8 cup white syrup

Recipe preparation:
1 Put all ingredients in 2-quart kettle. Cook over low heat until rolling boil, stirring constantly. Time 1 minute once rolling boil. Remove from heat, cool to lukewarm. Hand beat. Put on cake. 2 If frosting appears sugared, beat with mixer, adding small amount of powdered sugar.
