in this indian bodybuilding meal if u wanna increase the protein then just increase the
chickpeas.
this indian bodybuilding meal is good especially for all those vegetarian bodybuiders trying to get enough protein in there diet. in india chickpeas are quite famous among indian bodybuilders, thats why i thought to make an indian bodybuilding meal with the chickpeas, many indian bodybuilders will tell u to have sprouted chickpeas instead of regular soaked chickpeas , well thats true because studies have found that sprouting the legumes increases the aminos which are lacking in there protein, so this indian bodybuilding meal is an awesome food for bodybuilders especially vegetarian bodybuilder

What is the sodium content?
This meal causes a lot of flatulence. And moreover this meal is not a
complete protein. Instead mix this meal with a bit of rice instead of
adding in the peanuts.

I think sprouted chickpeas is better beacause it is a complete protein
source but im not sure 100%
