Grilled Shark Steak
Food Ingredients:
1/4 cup low sodium soy 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1 1/2 tablespoons tomato puree 1 1/2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 4 ounces shark steaks Shark
Recipe preparation:
1 Combine ingredients in a small baking pan, add steaks and let marinade, turning occasionally, for 1 to 3 hours. 2 Heat grill to medium and grill steaks about 5 minutes a side, turning once, regularly basting steaks with marinade.
