Italian Pork Sandwiches

Food Ingredients:
2 pounds ground pork 1 can tomato sauce – (15 oz) 1 1/2 cups chopped onion 1 can pizza sauce – (8 oz) 3 garlic cloves minced 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed Few dashes hot pepper sauce 15 individual hard rolls split 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe preparation:
1 In large skillet quickly brown half the pork at a time; drain well. Transfer meat to crockery cooker. Stir in tomato sauce, onion, pizza sauce, garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, fennel, and hot pepper sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. 2 Fill hard rolls with meat mixture; sprinkle mozzarella atop. 3 This recipe yields 15 sandwiches.
