Hi!!! the recipe the focaccia is made with all pourpose flour, im really
confused, because all the recipe for focaccia bread, i found say is made it
with bread flour…please help if a confused.
my wife made this recipe yesterday, it turn out great! thank you for

@MrLaughingbudha1 A packet of yeast is 2 and 1/4 level teaspoons of bottled
yeast. Also equal 1/4 ounce by weight, or 7 grams.
Entitled to your opinion but being half greek the greeks are great cooks
from scratch.
Making my first batch using this recipe and it smells like heaven. Jalapeño
olive and pepper jack. YummmmmmmMmmm!
@STEBBIEJ1 All of the water listed for the recipe(1 + 3/4 cups, I believe).
