Sweet – Sour Pickled Eggs
Food Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups apple cider 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1 14 oz cinnamon stix 1 tablespoon pickling spices 2 teaspoons salt 2 cloves garlic 1 sliced onion
Recipe preparation:
1 Mix: 2 Bring to a boil, simmer 5 minutes. Pour over peeled, hard-cooked eggs in a glass jar. Seal, refrigerate 4 to 8 weeks to season.
