    I like the recipe, but you should show everyone how to build. When making sauces, especially those with onions, garlic, shallots and a cream…you should sweat the aromatics first to release the sugars. Then add your wine, lemon and pepper and reduce those ingredients till the thicken slightly. Then add your cream and salt. Try building with this recipe and it would probably be a lot better.

    as a tip with the toothpicks or even with bamboo skewers is to soak them in water the day before so they wont burn as easily

    Honey mustard instead of a lemon cream sauce? I'd definitely choose the latter.
