Grilled Breakfast Pizza

Food Ingredients:
2 ounces turkey sausage sliced 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms 1 pre-baked 6″ pizza crust 1/2 cup sliced green and red bell peppers 3 lrg eggs 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe preparation:
1 Place pizza shell on medium-heat flat grill or grooved grill for 3 minutes on each side. 2 Saute sausage and mushroom together. Remove from pan and keep warm. 3 While pizza shell is heating, place peppers in pan and cook for 1 minute. Add eggs and scramble together. Cook until eggs are almost set. 4 Arrange cooked egg/pepper mixture on pizza shell; garnish with mushrooms and sausage. Sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler for 1 minute. 5 This recipe yields 2 servings. 6 Description: “A simple sausage and mushroom pizza becomes a breakfast sensation with the addition of scrambled eggs.”
