    Thanks for the recipes and the vids. Could you spell out for us new primo
    owners how you built your fire (half box or full) and if you used deflector
    plates? With all the flames, I’m guessing you used full box, direct.

    Also, where did you get that grate? Mine comes in two pieces and the slats
    run the other way.

    Greg, you never cease to amaze me. The things you do with a burger are
    amazing. I was skeptical about the mushroom sauce you made until I saw the
    end result. Wow. That’s incredible.
