Granola 05 – Bean Cereals Food Recipes

Recipe ingredients and directions:

Granola

3 cups rolled oats

1 cup wheat germ

1/2 cup sesame seeds

3/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut

1/4 cup oil

1 cup honey

dash of salt

lots of cinnamon

optional: dried fruit and/or nuts of your choice

Mix all ingredients. Spread 1/2 inch deep on cookie sheet. Bake

at 250 degrees until golden brown (you may have to do two batches),

stirring occasionally as sides will brown more quickly.
